ESO International Vision science and Optometry Conference – EIVOC 2010 is finally over! EIVOC 2010 was very different from and bigger than EIVOC 2005. The number of presentations – both oral and poster – has more than doubled; the registrations have increased by about 175% and the number of invited national speakers had also increased considerably. We have already started receiving positive feedback from the participants.

Events like this are made successful by the labours of many individuals and support of certain institutions. I take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed to the success of the conference.
